Kids Sign — Eileen Baker, experienced sign language teacher and M.E.D., will offer a Kids Sign class Saturdays at 10:30, beginning March 7. Sign language is a proven technique to improve a child’s communication skills and foster parent-child bonding. This program is courtesy of a William C. Graustein grant. Concert — The Nina Et cetera band returns to the Library with a celebration of one of the superstars of Country Music, Maybelle Carter Sunday, March 29, 2 p.m., Lovell Room. A virtuoso guitarist in a number of styles, this special concert will tell Carter’s story with illustrative songs, musical examples and other lore from the period.
