The Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic and FeralCare Inc. will hold its annual Tree of Lights ceremony to commemorate pets and loved ones Dec. 15, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the clinic, 25 Charles Street. People may buy a light for $5. The tree will be up for the remainder of the holiday. Decorate an ornament. Refreshments. Vendors include Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Pink Zebra and more.
