The 17th annual Scarecrow Festival will take place at Plasko’s Farm, 670 Daniels Farm Road in Trumbull on Sunday, Sept. 27, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Free admission. The festival features a corn maze which is now open, (admission to the maze is not included), with more than one-and-one-half miles of twists and turn trails, Make Your Own Scarecrow, games, horse rides on Splash, community booths, crafts and food, including a corn roast. A portion of the maze admission is donated to St. Vincent’s Swim Across the Sound. For information, call 203-268-2716.
