“The Loss of the USS Quincy” tells the story of a heavy cruiser, built in and named after the City of Quincy. She was launched in the middle of the Great Depression and historian Bob Begin followed her career.
Author Matthew Bartlett will discuss “For the Sake of the Country: Female Spies in the Civil War” Sunday, March 1, at the Stratford Library.
