“Photography by Linda Kane Brinckerhoff,” a collection of original photographs mounted on canvas, is the March exhibit at the Stratford Library.
Fairfield photographer Brinckerhoff has always been fascinated by imagery. Growing up in a family of artists and engineers, she was nurtured on both creative and technical problem solving. Her left-brain/right-brain orientation brought her to the technical/creative world of photography.
It’s Brinckerhoff’s perfect fusion of these two worlds that elevates her photography into fine art images. Her deft eye and unique blend of technical and creative transforms her portrait, landscape and still life photography into works of art.
Images by Brinckerhoff have been published in Fodor’s Travel Guides, Popular Photography Magazine and Connecticut periodicals. She is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, the Connecticut Association of Photographers, the Fairfield Photographers Network and the Photography Club of Lower Fairfield County. The artist also is an exhibiting member of the Rowayton Arts Center.
The art exhibit will be on display in the Main Lobby of the Stratford Library, 2203 Main Street through March 30. For more information, call 203-385-4162 or visit stratfordlibrary.org.
