Stratford resident Dylcia Martinez was selected as Bridgeport Hospital’s Employee of the Month for September.
Employees of the month are chosen for their positive attitude and outstanding service to patients and co-workers.
A Pharmacy technician, Martinez joined the hospital four years ago. “Dylcia is a wonderful team player,” according to her nominators. She is always willing to help others in the Pharmacy and on the nursing units at any time. She pitches in on any project presented to her. Her optimism and good cheer provide an important morale boost to the team.”
Employees of the Month receive a plaque, a pin and a letter of commendation, and are eligible to be named Employee of the Year in May 2013.
